Advanced treatment systems differ from conventional systems in a number of ways. Any process designed to produce an effluent of higher quality than normally achieved by secondary, conventionally treatment processes or containing unit operations not normally found in Secondary Treatment is termed as advanced treatment.

Depending on the industry and nature of the site concerned, the wastewater may need to undergo comprehensive treatment to reach certain level of loads that can be treated in further steps or discharged to the public sewage system.

Ultra & Nano Filtration

Membrane filtration is a technique which is used to separate particles from a liquid for the purpose of purifying it.

UF & NF are cross flow filtration processes there purified water passes though a membrane as a result of differential pressure driving force.

Dissolved Air Flotation

D.A.F. systems are designed for removal of many types of contaminants via flotation such as: Fats, oils & grease (FOG), suspended solids, food/animal production/processing wastes, industrial wastes, and many other contaminants.

Our high-performance flotation plants removes inorganic and organic components and thereby is reducing the waste water contaminants in a highly effective and economical way.

Cloth Screw Filter

The compact Cloth Screw filter units can be used in many applications of micro-filtration in order to reduce fine suspended solids from water down to 20 microns. The reduction of suspended solids is accompanied by a reduction in COD, BOD5, phosphorus, nitrates and other substances. In the case of further treatment with UV for disinfection it is important to reduce the turbidity caused by suspended solids. Standard filters are produced with supports in ABS and filter cloths in polyester. These can also be produced completely in stainless steel. The filter cloth is selected according to the requirements which can be 20 - 30 - 40 - 60 - 80 or 100 microns. On special request different filter sizes can be produced.
